We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience; if your chair or desk isn't the perfect fit, you can return your item within 49 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support page and submit a return request form with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Wait for Authorization

  Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack the Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
